CXC Creative Designer

The CXC Creative Designer is a pivotal member of the team.  All other members of the team lean on the designer to absorb and digest the context, tone, emotion, contemporary events, competitive landscape, and so much more as inputs to produce unique, timely, and impactful creations in support of CXC campaigns.  The designer’s creations are critical opportunities to surprise and delight customers.

 

The designer is energized by the fast pace, frequently changing demands, and diversity of expectations.  The designer thrives on this energy for creativity across myriad dimensions.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with CXC on the concept relevant, original, and highly-customized content for 1:1 affinity at scale

  • Develop custom creative assets designed to engage customers and build affinity using techniques of social relevance, shared interests, compelling associations, humor, visual insights, current events, cultural references, etc.

  • Support all dimensions of CXC service, programs, campaigns, and other initiatives

Experience

  • Graphic design experience, preferably strong digital media design (2-4 yrs)

  • Experience with common graphic design software tools

  • Demonstrated experience developing custom creative assets designed to engage customers and build affinity based on social relevance, shared interests, compelling associations, humor, visual insights, current events, cultural references, etc.

  • Experience in social media and online engagement tools

  • Passion for social media, community, engagement, 1:1 marketing

  • Collaborative team player who works well with diversity of opinion and abilities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to manage stressful competing demands and deal with frequent change

  • Strong initiative, excellent organizational, time and self-management skills

  • Comfortable managing without authority and providing feedback to peers
